Hello to my ten followers, I bet you're all just thrilled to hear from me. I took a short hiatus (by short I mean several months) from Comatose, but I'm back now and I'm pleased to say that a new chapter is coming very soon.
          
          Aside from this, I've been thinking about it I want to start a new WIP, exploring different avenues etc. I lost interest in the coffee shop au almost as quickly as I gained it, so I am THRILLED to say that I'm no longer considering that as an option. Coffee shop AUs are the comfort food of writing, and I want to do something that'll test my capabilities more. Sci-fi and fantasy are two genres that I happen to enjoy quite a bit, but I've never really taken the time to explore my
          options with those.

I lowkey wanna start a different project. Comatose will still be my main project, but I wanna do something that feels remotely productive & keeps the creative juices flowing. 
          
          I have a bunch of ideas where Comatose can't necessarily be an outlet for them. I've been umming and aahing over this for a while, but I've decided that this'll probably be best. I either wanna do a book of one shots... OR. I woke up with the worst idea ever, but I've kinda been fixated on it all day. I haven't been able to take my mind off it, because it's kinda cute, kinda stupid, kinda has ZERO target audience other than my own need to satisfy my own curiosity.
          
          This second project would be a... Beetlejuice coffee shop AU. See, told you it was stupid! I've never really read coffee shop AUs, let alone written one. I'm not a particularly big fan of Beetlejuice, I quite liked the film & the musical certainly has some bops. Never really considered myself a fan, but I guess this is where my life is going.
          
          But if anyone else has some ideas, I'd be glad to hear them! Honestly, I've got unlimited time on my hands now to work on whatever project I like, but I don't wanna be one of those writers who has like 10 WIPs that aren't getting worked on.

I'm going to be experimenting with covers for Comatose in the next few days-- just in case you notice anything different! It's really challenging to find one that I like, one that fits the aesthetic of the story etc, etc, so I'm asking that you bear with me for the time being.
          
          Thanks for all the love and support with the most recent chapter of Comatose-- y'all really took the three month "hiatus" well & I'm so glad that people never lost interest in my story. There's still plenty to come in the next few weeks, you're gonna be in for a treat! 
          
          And finally, in wake of the COVID-19 outbreak, I hope that everyone is keeping safe. Times have been challenging for all of us, but we can get through this.

Hello everyone!
          
          After my *ahem* last post, I thought I'd clear up a few things up! That was Christmas day, and less importantly, I had too much to drink. I'm sorry you all had to bare witness to that. Though, I realise now that it may have caused a lot of confusion.
          
          I'm really sorry I couldn't get the chapters out on time. The next chapters are still a WIP, as stated in my last post, I had surgery a week before Christmas, which set me back a lot. It certainly threw a spanner in the works for me, but I promise I'll try to stay on track in future.
          
          And no, there will not be any alleged "sexy business" which I see now probably sounds a lot like I was going to release smut. Sorry to disappoint, but there will not be any smut in the next chapters of Comatose!
          
          Finally, I apologise for my many many obscenities. Yes, I swear that much in real life. Sometimes the filter just slips off when I've had a little too much. Then again, that happens to the best of us, doesn't it? Thanks for being so understanding everyone <3!!

          last few weeks have been  a fucking TRAVESTY. like i had surgery fuckin week ago and thats REALLY delayed the progress of comatsoe a heck of a lot so i was like "i can write the reamining chapters in a week"
          
          so that did NOT happen and i forgot abut it until now. and i am currently inebriated, i am under the fucking influence guys,. so u guys are not getting 5 chapters on christmas day like i promised, because i am an angry little bastard.
          
          i have got 2 chapters writte, u can have them. tak them from me, they havent been proof read or anything, but u guys will appreciate it because u love me. thank u. i know u weill enjoy them, and GUES SWHAT?? in the next chapters i have planned, u guys are gonna see a lot of sexy business.

Who's ready for a Christmas update for Comatose? That's right, I thought I'd spoil all of you with a special five-chapter update, just to say thank you for all of you sticking with me! And guess what? I've literally only written one chapter so far, so I've got to write four chapters in the space of two weeks. 
          
          Seriously, the attention Comatose has been getting recently has made me so happy. I really appreciate everyone who has taken time out of their time to read my work, and given it a favorite. You guys have been so supportive, and really inspire me to keep on writing out all of my weird ideas.

Hi gang-- this is my first announcement! I don't really use Wattpad to socialise, so don't expect too many messages like these. Anyway, I digress. I wanna use this platform to thank everyone who took the time to follow me, and also to those who've checked out my story Comatose!
          
          I've always struggled with building an audience, and for me, it's really disheartening when I put a lot of effort into my writing, but only get a few reads. Thankfully, I've been getting a few more readers, more people adding my story to their reading list, and more people favouriting my work. It definitely means a lot!
          
          Also, if you haven't checked out "Comatose" yet, I'd really love it if you did. It's cool if you don't want to, my writing isn't really for everyone.
          
          TLDR: Thanks for boosting my fragile self-esteem! I love you guys so much. <3
