I don’t think anyone reported you, lovely. Wattpad is having a glitch right now I here a lot of people’s works are being deleted. If you didn’t receive a notice, this is most likely what happened to your book as well and it should be returned to you when the issue is resolved. Please don’t panic yet, I lost over half my works too. I hope you feel better. (:
