@FyreRayne i think i just need to cry out everything... but i have a hard time to let everything out and feel light..... accept things and be with peace with everything sometimes proves to be hella hard for me......

@xiaohuli367 It’s frustrating to have to wait. You have those feelings and  the waiting seems horrific every time.  The fact that you know it will pass in time shows how  self-aware you are. And that you keep working through it , looking for different tools and techniques to help shows how resilient you are.  Those are good traits to have. 

@FyreRayne venting out to someone sure helps me but for a little bit of time. As long as my mind doesn't want it i can't get out of this state. And it always takes time.

@xiaohuli367 sometimes mine does that too, like it doesn't even let me move, it feels like it's dragging me to hell or something

@FyreRayne when it happens i can't move an inch and my breathing stops. Even after it leaves me i just stay where ever i am cause i can't move at all. 

I press the pressure point on the inside of the middle finger right under the nail bed. Press it when experiencing paralysis and it helps to wake the brain up. Maybe try it?
