Hi, it's me, Lauren,
I believe that the world is a wonderful place full of beauty and opportunities. I believe that as a teenager now I need to take the world in both of my hands and take every opportunity. I have seen people who have wished that they had done things differently or done more. I don't want to get to that point in my life so I will live my life in the full with no space for regrets.

For instance, I have just come back from Kenya. I was there with 16 of my friends and 3 teachers for 3 weeks. I have learnt so much from the amazing experience. I don't think anyone truly understands how different life is there or truly appreciates what they have. I'm not going to lie and say that it was a holiday because it was probably the hardest 3 weeks of my life but it was worth it. I will cherish these memories forever!

I am a hard-working student who really wants to be a cardiothoracic doctor. When I am older I want to make a difference to people's lives whether they are a tiny baby or an elderly person. To me, that difference could be changing that persons life for the better and making life easier for them or just making them comfortable and sitting with them until the end.

Right now, I take part in a majority of sports and I have lot's of hobbies. I play netball, rounders, cricket, basketball and dodgeball - you name it I do it. I also love athletics to pieces, particularly sprinting (60m, 100m, 200m, 400m). I have done ballet for more than ten years and I love art.

I don't necessarily want to be a writer when I'm older but I enjoy doing it. I have a vivid imagination and would like to share my ideas with others. I hope you enjoy my stories!!!
