Hi! I saw your comment on my story and wanted to respond here instead. I want to reassure you that all of the books on my page are written by me and feature original characters and storylines. I’ve mentioned in several author’s notes that I do take inspiration from songs I listen to and build storylines from them, but the stories themselves are entirely my own work.
I’ve been writing on Wattpad for years and put a lot of time and effort into developing my ideas and improving my craft. The only thing I can think of that might give an “AI” impression is my punctuation or formatting choices (like using em/en dashes since people recently are using them as flags for AI), which is just part of my writing style and something I learned through school how to properly use
I completely understand that everyone connects with writing differently, but I’d appreciate not having my work labeled as AI-generated when it isn’t. Thanks for taking the time to read my story regardless, and I wish you the best with your reading and writing as well.
