when you are unwillingly in intense physical pain, a great way to combat it is to willingly inflict more intense physical pain on yourself.
that way you trick your mind into thinking it WANTS the pain, and the "unwilling intense pain" will either lessen or become significantly easier to deal with.

@xlovely_darlingx ooooooh that’s good. If you don’t mind me asking what college are you going to? Also I’m gonna be honest I’m not a big fan of drugs bc 1. I watched too much tv so I always saw people with addictions and stuff 2. My dads literally a doctor lol. But I really don’t care if other people do them as long as they’re staying safe and not putting doing/getting drugs above everything/everyone. But please just be safe. That’s really the only thing that matters. But im sorry about your best friend :( . A lot of my friends have moved too so out of experience try to stay in contact!! There’s really nothing new with me. I’ve been working all summer so I’ve been pretty busy. I literally work from 8-5 :/. But it’s whatever. But one thing is I found out I have a secret half sister that I’m not supposed to know about so… yay?

I've been smoking a lot and doing a lot of ecstasy, which is cool. i don't have a bf or anything like that, but i don't feel the need for one either.
