No, I don't get that :) But my friend has had that happen to her. I think it was a virus or something, and it was nothing to do with Wattpad ;) Maybe you could virus scan your computer?

          ok, you know up the top of  the wattpad page there's a a bar that have links like "Home, What's Hot, What's New etc.."
          
          there's a link for upload - click on that. Then there should be a link somewhere that says "start story group"  you need to add your story into that new story group. then every time you go to that upload page and see you're story there should be a little "+" sign when you hover over it. Click that and you add a new chapter that way :)
