Haha! The disk was like 2 1/2 pounds. I fell to the ground and started bawling... I felt kinda stupid for bawling but it really hurt. The other night I got a nail in my foot! You want to talk about something hurting! So many battle wounds. 

I want health. I got this giant bruise today from a disk for my friends track practice. It hurts and I can't cover it with shorts.
