@HeroineOfLight I’m not completely restarting because of her I worked so hard on these stories and I have done so well with them I’ve never had fanfics do this well so I work be starting a whole new account because of her 

@xtaytayswiftiex I completely understand. About all you can do is to just ignore this Girl and whatever she's doing. Giving her attention is just only going to make her get  worse.

            Maybe add it without to write to specific or something, but just if you feel comfortable with it or you maybe just writhe short process like they go to the appointments without discribe to much and maybe you are more specific with their reactions and how they Deal with it in the beginning

I think you could add it and do your best not go into specifics maybe? Give some symptoms to why she is being tested. Just an idea of course do whatever makes you comfortable! 

If that doesn't work you can always create a Brand New Account and Block her Accs on there before you add anybody.

@xtaytayswiftiex The only way you can prevent this Girl from stealing your Stories is to  make them as Drafts that makes it Private. Maybe try redoing your new Acc over with a new Screen name and save the Stories she stole as a Draft.
