Well... you've got to talk to people with a lot of fans and become like kinda like friends... I guess. I don't know how to explain it. and then you mention something about a promotion and you'll get more fans... hopefully. (If you enter in my contest if you haven't. I was going to promote the person I picked) Enter contest where you can be promoted... and yeah. You've also got to have something that catch someones eye and and intresting plot.
