Should I include my oc in my next story?

So I've been delaying writing because I went on vacation for break and I really took the time to prioritize myself and have fun. I felt like I really need to take a break from my daily schedule and relax. 
          
          I'm still on vacation but when I'm done, I have a story planned that I hope you'll like
