@Magical_Moon_Chan One thing is to not blame yourself for any of it, even if they try to drag you into it. And if they do, just walk out of the room. Maybe go outside to get a breath of fresh air. Second, try some breathing exercises when your anxiety acts up on you. I downloaded three apps simply with the purpose of breathing exercises and maybe do one of your hobbies to some music like a slowed driver’s license or to a slowed death bed but really just choose whatever music you like. I suggest art and to look up colors that help with anxiety and draw/paint/color with those colors. And maybe draw what you’re feeling. When my depression and anxiety hit, I drew a girl with her head in her knees with words of what was making her struggle all around her and that helped me get my feelings out. Anything to get your feelings out and to not bottle them up. My dms are always open love ❤️❤️
