hi everyone! i need some opinions on an important matter that will determine how i write my new bokuaka story, and i would greatly appreciate it if you all gave me your input. so, my question is this: do you think bokuto can be considered as demisexual or is akaashi the better choice?
here's my argument for both:
bokuto--i see bokuto as someone who is very cuddly. in many ways, he's childlike and innocent and craves attention from people he loves. transferring into a romantic situation, i feel like because of those characteristics he would be the type of person to not care so much the sexual part of a relationship until he has established a close enough bond with that person, and even when that happens, it wouldn't be as intimate as hugging/cuddling/etc. to him.
akaashi--for akaashi, i see him as someone who doesn't develop feelings for someone easily, both romantically and sexually, but when he does, it's more romantic than sexual. he doesn't care much for sex but will be fine if it's someone he has grown close with and someone who knows him completely.
now, depending on which character y'all help me choose to be demi, the story can go two ways-
overview of story with bokuto as demi:
-bokuto can't seem to find anyone who is willing to be with him for long periods of time because the relationship moves too slow physically for those people
-bokuto becomes hopeless about love and focuses solely on volleyball
-akaashi comes into the picture and proves to bokuto that not all people are unwilling to wait
overview of story with akaashi as demi:
-akaashi is a bad bish and doesn't catch feelings easily
-because he's pretty, he's always had people after his body
-bokuto is entranced by akaashi's beauty so akaashi thinks he's like the rest
-bokuto has to learn to take it slow and earn akaashi's affections
those are just quick overviews of course, so the actual stories will be much more interesting.
