nothing could ever prepare me for the moments that I remember that one time that Louis yelled at that worker. and I will always quote it. because like don't get me wrong or anything I worked in customer service and I understand that's a shitty job, but Louis ate with that one. "cos that's ya fookin job ya fookin loosah"
