Just finished reading after lovers and I’m literally crying so bad like you have no idea! It’s a beautiful ending yet there’s this sadness to it, a sadness that penetrates so deeply that it kind of hurts, making you wonder if someone will ever love you like this or If you’ll ever love like that, making you feel lonely and wondering if that’s all you’re going to feel in this life as everyday goes by and you’re just working and going home and again the same cycle, especially after today in my job (I work in health care) I had 3 old couples come, and in each one, one was in a wheelchair while the other one took care of the other, made me wonder how long they’ve been together, how their youth was and how they ended up together and reading that last part reminded me so much of them.
Truly a beautiful book, thank you so much for it even tho I’m still crying while writing this~~ Will def read all your works!
