@yaoi_reader24 Do whatever you want and don't give a damn about what others want, Listen to music or just vent by Writing things that are bothering you in a locked notebook, Read some books preferably fun one's or the genre you like or another root is to just sleep and forget about everything that not important!
It's what I do and it works wonders for me! You can also use this methods for other types of trauma or emotional issues I mostly use this methods for my Anxiety! Or just go to Therapy? Therapist?
