Hello,
          This place has always been my sanctuary. It's witnessed my growth, sorrows, loves, and now, my heartbreak and unemployment. To fill these days, I'm determined to finish all those incomplete stories.  not sure if there will be readers anyway, but rewriting, completing, and sharing them feels like honoring my sixteen-year-old self, who dreamed of becoming a writer. Happy day to anyone who finds their way to these words.

Hey there,
          
          If you have a second, I'd like to tell you about a book that I'm writing. If not, please feel free to delete/ignore.
          
          After a 6 year hiatus of writing, I am back on Wattpad with a new fantasy adventure novel titled "Teleka: Dawn of a New Age" and would love to hear your thoughts on it.
          
          Here's the synopsis: In a post-medieval era where a small population wields telekinetic-like powers known as "the wisp", a young woman from a distant village who possesses these powers reunites with her brother for a quest to rescue their father after learning that he is still alive. What begins as a straightforward search however, inevitably spirals out of control when it is suspected that their father's sudden disappearance may be anything but a coincidence.

Happy belated new year to everyone! 
          
          I will admit it, I am inactive in this platform and I know that my hiatus got extended for about 4 years, but the thing is that I have been really busu due to my studies and many of the personal aspects of my life. Then will I write? No, not yet I have lots of things to do, then why the announcement? I wanted to rant about my beautiful secret since none of the followers here knows me in person.
          
          For years I have been reading and writing romance novels without experiencing the actual feeling of being in love, I even thought that maybe I wasn't anyone's type and that I will end up alone . However, love has struck me in the most unexpected and at the least expected time. 
          
          He met me during an extra-curricular activity's event, and we hit it off and became best friends then now we're lovers. He is a really great guy, he taught me what it takes to express feelings, helped ne to grow and witnessed me hitting the rock-bottom while encouraging me. 
          
          He is the sweetest of boyfriends and the best friend I could ever ask for. I hope y'all wish us a happy forever, because we are still secret to the outside world, and for him of he accidentally found my account: I am deeply in love with you 

Are there people who still read in WP? I feel so down doing efforts on my writings, yet not being spotted by my readers. I can't even see silent ones as in the past. T_T 
          
          Me is frustrated...

I don't know if there are still readers, or people in my profile at all, but I wanted to rant for a bit:
          
          I have been writing for 3 years yet I haven't finished any of the stories, and most of them won't exceed 5 chapters long due to a writing circle that I got myself into: 
          
          1.  me reading an old chapter so I would edit it 
          2. So many mistakes so I have to unpublish the book to reconstruct it
          3. Republish it and I would be losing the regular readers because of the changes so I write more to earn me new readers,  then reread the old chapters and the circle continues.
          
          Writing didn't go well with my real life also due to complicated stuff that I have been going through in the past two years. Which included my first year of college and how hectic studying pharmacy is, that and loads of drama and cliches that I might write about. And let us not ignore the Covid breakdown as well.
          
          This year though, school's exams  got delayed due to the fear from wave two of the pandemic.
          
           Hence why I decided to change and I started to move out of my comfort zone in many aspects, made new friends, enrolled myself in courses and competitions that aids me in choosing my career, and I decided that I should finish writing any of the novels since their inspiration haunts me in the night, and the novel that I have decided to complete is "It's About Moving On". I am connected deeply with the main characters and I feel like I worked well on developing their characters and portraying their emotions. 
          
          I will try to update the chapters regularly and I hope it makes a good impact and gain a good reviews from the readers.

          I'm sorry that I am not active in either of the community or the WP but a lot is going in my life right now that I can't even process, but I will try to publish new chapters as soon as possible.
