Thank you once more for your reading and voting on Claudius' story. His tale stopped for a bit while I wrote some new scenes that I felt were needed (inserted earlier in the book). I also spent time revising the last scenes in Rome, and the chapter that you just read (Wine into Water) is new (the original was scrapped). I have the conclusion almost done and now that the holiday activities are over, it should be up soon.

So happy to have you back, and I hope Claudius' story continues to entertain you!

Thank you for adding "The Stolen Papyrus" to your reading list! I'm excited to see someone from Cairo reading along! Feel free to give me any feedback- I'd love to know what you think. I've never been to Egypt and am trying to put a picture together based on what I read in books, online and in the news. It's not easy without actually visiting, though!

I'll be attempting to some of the people/culture in later chapters, so hopefully I'm able to give an accurate picture. Your home country is absolutely fascinating and it's been a lot of fun researching it! I hope you continue to enjoy the story. :)

Hello CaitLin817 . As an Egyptian living abroad for so many, whenever I come across books written about it, I cannot resist reading them. So thank you for taking me there!! Even though, there aren't elements of Egyptian culture or people, but that is totally understandable since you have not been there to experience it first hand. I am enjoying the book so far and looking forward to next update.

Well deserved votes!! I have had watt pad for nearly a year now and I must say have never come across a historical fiction written for that era with the bonus of so much humour. I am loving it:) sorry didn't reply to your earlier message but life was just crazy on my side of the world these past couple of weeks. Thanks for the lovely read.

Hello there from Canada! Thank you for adding my historical fiction, "All roads lead to scandal.." to your reading list. I see my humorous Roman adventure is in good company with "Cursed Times.." by @linahanson—her books are a wonderful read, that you especially should enjoy.

You are my second reader from Egypt! As an ancient history buff, I've always held a special place in my heart for your fascinating country. And now, after becoming friends with a most kind and generous lady from Egypt, I've come to know more about its modern peoples (she helped me with the occasional Arabic expression you'll find in my story).

Welcome aboard, and I hope my humorous take on Claudius' adventures will entertain you....
