          How has life been treating you all? It’s been a month since I last opened Wattpad, and wow… I kind of missed this place.
          
          Lately, I’ve been completely engrossed in watching Chinese dramas — especially historical ones. Have any of you seen Affinity? If you’re into yandere male leads in C-dramas, you might enjoy that one. The concept is actually interesting — it involves a virus that makes infected people develop obsessive tendencies toward normal individuals. Very Wattpad-coded yandere energy, honestly.
          
          But I couldn’t get past the first three episodes. The acting made me cringe a bit, and the plotline felt too much like a modern Wattpad adaptation. I guess modern C-dramas just don’t hit the same for me. I really prefer historical ones.
          
          If you love yandere male leads, though, try watching Story of Kunning Palace. Xie Wei becomes obsessed and possessive over the female lead — but it’s a slow burn. They start off with a love-hate dynamic, and the tension builds gradually. It’s so good if you’re into that subtle, intense obsession.
          
          Oh, and by the way — I resigned from my first job. It was taking a toll on my physical health, so I decided to quit. My cousin recommended me for a recruiter/HR position instead, and it’s much easier for me since it doesn’t require heavy physical tasks. So hopefully, this one suits me better.
          
          Anyway… does Wattpad have new yandere stories lately? If you’ve found any good ones, please recommend them to me!

I’ve wanted to read “Stuck in a Yandere Book” by sterling_writes for years now, but the writing structure honestly confuses the hell out of me. It’s what keeps stopping me from getting past the first chapter 5+.
          
          I really wish there were a rewritten version, because the concept itself is so interesting. I know I’m extremely picky when it comes to writing styles, and sadly this one just doesn’t click with me. ૮◞ ‸ ◟ ა
          
          I guess this will be the last yandere fic I’ll read on this app for now. I’ll be switching to manhwa/webtoons for the time being. (,,>﹏<,,)
          
          If I ever come across a new and refreshing yandere fic that really catches my interest, I’ll definitely come back again. ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧

I think I might be slipping when it comes to reading yandere fics—I’m probably hitting a burnout or just losing motivation lately. I’ve been wondering if I should switch things up and try beastmen or polyandry tropes instead.
          Does anyone here read good beastmen or poly stories? Please recommend some or drop your reading lists, I’m desperate T_T
          I’ve also been thinking of getting back into manhwa/webtoons, especially shounen, fantasy, or superhero-type stories. If you have recs for those too, feel free to share.
          As for writing… yeah, I’m still not in the mood LOL. One step at a time.
