I want to cry so hard but I don't have the energy to do so ..I want to smile but I don't know how to...I want to talk but I don't know what to talk about I want to be in silence...but it's just hurting more and more..

I asked someone to choose between two things. They chose to leave without any explanation....The relationship of seven years went into the drain. It hurts...but at the same time everyone is saying that I should not cry..
