In the big 2025’ Yawnninng made their ungratified return. Jokes, but I’m back. AND, I did the brave thing of doing something never done before (by me…), I read over this little work of mine linked below, decided—with absolute certainty—what plot points to use and how I wanted the story to progress, finally decided on the ending, then began rewriting it (not everything’s rewritten but hopefully it sounds better).
          	
          	I will be slowly releasing chapters to give myself time to rewrite others but I actually have the end goal in sight now. If you don’t know (which you shouldn’t unless you’re inside my head), I have been torn over the ending of this story, fighting between what I wanted and what I think readers want—I decided to go with the ending I wanted since it’s my story. I hope any readers do enjoy how it eventually turns out though, and i’d like to suggest that relationships (platonic and non) are a better read now. (maybe I shouldn’t make that promise, oops).

Guys, I did the impossible (for me) and completed Painting a Grey World. The last TWO chapters will be released this week! I’m so glad it’s finished TT. Not in the sense that I didn’t enjoy writing it, but more that after so many hiatuses and the constant writer’s block I managed to overcome it for you lovely readers.
          
          
          Also, if anyone reads this entirely, does anyone know a decent method for releasing flashbacks that happen earlier on in a book. A while ago, honestly probably over half a year ago now if I’m being real, I wrote flashback scenes for Blurred Lines to add more backstory to the characters (and maybe show that something was there before they chose to ignore it in favour of hatred *side eye), but when I tried adding them to the chapters already released it felt forced or misplaced. The only thing is I don’t want to completely abandon them because I like how they turned out and added to the characters TT.
          
          Being their own chapters feels off too though idk? Thoughts??

            Yeahhh, I think since it's been a while already thought, I'm just going to focus on writing the story as is so I don't make things more complicated for myself at the minute (or feel deterred to write since not knowing what to do with those), and then once it's completed maybe find where they go?
