Hi to anyone that reads this hate is hard it really is it pushes people to there limits but remember this everyday you get out of bed is an accomplishment it's small I know but it helps to think of it as a accomplishment if you get out of bed you win against the hate because it shows out can be strong no it shows that you are strong enough to be yourself!
