Sorry for the MIA moment!
          
          I went to a Wallen show, got a high five, AND he took my friend’s phone and got a selfie with us.
          
          I’m literally ILL thinking about it! I’ve been to a lot of concerts in my lifetime, but something about Wallen takes the cake. 
          
          All the story updates coming soon!! Need to fill my cup with writing again anyway - life has been life-ing!

          Your support over the years has been so incredible, especially when I go on benders and disappear for months. It is incredible to me that so many of you still read and love these stories. 
          
          I just posted an update to Closer and will be launching the sequel, Getaway, soon! It seemed appropriate with Sam’s new album out! 
          
          I still have plans for TOLBINY and I am writing a multitude of other stories as well! I appreciate your support and it means so much to me. All I’ve ever wanted in life was to tell stories and to get them to others who enjoyed reading! You and this platform make those things possible and I am so grateful to share a piece of your path and mine with you!

Hey guys! I’m hoping to have another update shared tonight and some more toward the end of the week. The end of last week/beginning of this week I had some deadlines to hit at work so I’ve been super concerned with that! Regular postings will be back ASAP! Hello. I'm back.
          I never really left, I just haven't been sharing content.
          If there's anyone out there who wants some new, Van McCann content, stick around. I added a new story that will be pretty mature...and follow the band post the final shows at Reading and Leeds last summer. I will also be updating older stories like Edgy, and the Sam Fender, fic, too.

It’s been a long time since I’ve updated, and there are many reasons for that. Some extremely personal, and some that make me feel awkward writing about a band that acted as muse for me, especially when I’ve crossed paths with mutual friends of said band and gotten close with those mutual people, and I feel slightly guilty as I write about the band now, especially knowing the things I do. I’m trying to keep fact and fiction separate, relying heavily on the fiction of this story to finish. (If anyone ever finds this out, I’ll probably throw up haha). Anyways, I do apologize for being gone. I had some major, life changing events happen, so I thought it was only fair to jump six weeks ahead in the story, since in reality, that time and then some has passed. We’re nearing the end, and it’s been an absolute privilege to share this with all of you. We’ve got a few chapters and an epilogue left, and I’ll do my best to get them to you quickly.
          To the new readers I’ve gained, the people coming from tumblr, and the comments and messages you’ve sent to me, I appreciate the support more than you could know.
