I just had the best idea for a plot twist in a Harry Potter fic??
          	
          	So basically oc is in the triwizard tournament instead of Cedric blah blah blah
          	
          	And oc goes into graveyard with harry, and gets Avada  kedavrad by Pettigrew, ofc very sad, everyone’s crying, etc etc
          	
          	HOWEVER
          	remember moody talking about the unforgivable curses and how they wouldn’t work if you didn’t really mean it? Think he said something along the lines of, “no matter how much you try, I doubt you’d succeed in so much as giving me a nosebleed”.
          	
          	So after oc’s body is returned to hogwarts and we get a lovely angsty scene with everyone crying /confessing love / apologising…oc isn’t actually dead! Yay! Peter was too weak!
          	
          	Genuinely idk if this has been done before but I swear I thought of it myself just now. But like how good would that be. It would work with basically any ship too. I literally can’t write though so I’m just putting it out there…someone should totally do it. 
          	lol
