It’s been two days since I’ve been reading comments on 'Melting Your Frozen Heart' like, "you write weak characters," "heterosexual relationship with a homosexual name," "why is Zhan always crying," and so on.
First of all, it’s not a fluffy story—it’s a sad one. Zhan has suffered deeply because of his past, what his parents endured, and what he himself went through. Put yourself in his shoes—what would *you* have done in his place? And does him crying make him weak or somehow less of a man?
This kind of thinking perpetuates harmful stereotypes that men shouldn’t cry. Emotions don’t make someone pathetic; they make them human. If you prefer strong, stereotypical characters with no depth, then perhaps this story isn’t for you. Feel free to move on and find something else to read.
