Mr. Ziv decided to go into business for himself after living in the United States for five years. In Commerce, Michigan, he founded Lemoine Multinational Technologies, Inc. with the goal of improving the way machines worked with data. His company has had a lot of success over the years, including using data to increase the productivity of machines used in industrial applications.

Yigal Ziv noticed that machines were idled waiting on machining programs from the CAM department when he began working in software development pertaining to decreasing machining times of molds and dies. Mr. Ziv noticed that machine operators were an underutilized resource that could be trained to create their own machining programs and thus keep up with what was required to keep their machines running.

This was the beginning of shop floor programming for mold shops, which changed the way mold shops operated. This mindset transformed Mr. Ziv's personal business.

Lemoine Technologies has established itself as a market leader in 2.5-D and 3-D machining over the last three and a half decades. Lemoine's 2.5-D machining models improve gundrilling, plates, core, and cavity. While 2.5-D cams serve their purpose well, it is sometimes necessary to see more of the machine in order to facilitate faster programming. In addition to 2.5-D cams, Lemoine's 3D machining capabilities include 3+2 Machining, Smooth finish, High-speed milling, Detailing, and Electrode design.
