"Lan Zhan, please use your spiritual energy too!" Ying Sanren instructed, a slight urgency in his voice.
Lan Zhan moved in tandem positioning Bichen to channel his own spiritual energy. Together, their combined efforts formed a seal around the Yin Iron, containing the dark energy without allowing it to surge out of control. Spark of black and silver swirled violently as the energy twisted, resisting, but eventually, it was forced back into the iron fragment.
The Wen agent hissed in frustration, his dark energy faltering under the combined pressure. He lunged one last time, but Ying Sanren deflected the attack with Suibian, and Lan Zhan's Bichen reinforced the movement. The agent stumbled back, momentarily pushed off balance by the precision of their combined forced.
Sweat ran down Ying Sanren's face, but his expression remained composed. Every move was deliberately, every srike carefully controlled. Lan Zhan's movements were flawless, and yet, from his perspective, it looked as if Ying Sanren were simply a master swordsman - impressive, but far from the god - level being he truly was.
