          1.   please do not loosing any weight unless doctor is telling you to in healthy way. please eat yummy food and do not worrying about how you look. enjoy your youth have fun eat whatever. people will commenting on your body anyway so enjoy please feed yourself and be happy !!!

2.   please eat. do not stopping yourself from eating food. it can damaging your body and will causing problems in future.  being insecure, straving and like that is purely wasting your young years. if it makes you happy eat the food do not care about the calories
