!!!PLEASE READ!!! Body diversity should be a key factor in respect of your readers. Not all black women or women of color have curves with thick thighs, a booty, and tits. It really sets the impressions that women of color should look like this in order to fit in. Im no author but i am a reader who has to bend the way i look in my head in order to fit body standards written in books. I understand that bigger women or women ppl consider "big" dont have it easy either. But now its being reversed and now its the skinny ppl being bashed bc they're "flat" or have "mosquito bites". Stop fighting fire with fire and put everyone on the same level!!!! Lastly, when authors include "thick" characters that have cinflict w a korean female, they address her ass "skinny flat back bitch" or "flat stick bitch". Its kindive offensive considering not ALL your readers are what you are describing them as. Just please be mindful. I am still in highschool and i do understand i have growing to do, but this isnt abt just me, its abt woc in general that domt fit the "woc body standards" that are being enforced.
