Can you explain how you were able to set your School for Good and Evil work to All Rights Reserved when Soman Chainani should, at least in theory, reserve the rights to his own work? Given that he's still alive and kicking. I'm asking because I'd like to write a Harry Potter fanfic, but I don't know if J.K. Rowling, who didn't make her series Public Domain, would be okay with that. Thanks!
