Hi, been reading Lady of the Warband and I really think its a beautiful saga and very well written. One thing missing in my opinion is the intimacy between them. All we read is a barely held hand, a stroke of a cheek and her becoming their wife in true, is moving her chest and slippers to their room. Then all of a sudden she's pregnant. I'm not saying write full smut scenes or vivid descriptions, but she was a girl when they found her. Her becoming a woman would be an important part of this especially with four men. No kisses, no caresses, no heat at all. I understand that some stories dont need it or writers dont want to write it, but I feel this lacks it. While the characters are beautiful, the story and their bond is well thought out, this felt like it was missing. I kept wondering about how their relationship would naturally progress with each of them since they are such different men. Nd since there is no intimacy anywhere between them or even hinted at, her pregnancy came as a total surprise cause even when she said she wanted children it felt like she was saying she hadnt been with any of them yet.
I dont want to bash your story at all as its beautiful, but I as a writer would also appreciate honesty and constructive criticism of my stories too.
