Today was a great freaking day! I passed my calc exam, my girlfriend is one year self harm free, we've been dating for 6 months, I got to my license, and a new coffee place by my house was giving out free coffee. I am genuinely so happy.

Also, idk if this will help but what I do to stop my self from doing these types of things is I draw all over myself. Like, cover yourself in drawing with expo marker and pen. But, that's just me. I'll look into other healthy coping mechanisms if you'd like me to.
