⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ SHE WASN’T EXPECTING THEM TO SEND A CHILD.    since zasha had escaped,  from across the four corners of the world, it seemed as if the program had a friend who knew a friend who was willing to kill for her ceaselessly growing ransom.   SHE HAD HER FAIR SHARE OF ENCOUNTERS with her presumed assassinators, herself.   each of them eager and determined yet never successful in completing their job.    
          ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀SHE NEVER DID PRIDE HERSELF in being as skilled as she is.  all of it was not her by choice,  BUT FORCE.    at her core—no matter how much she tried to deny it—zasha was, and will always be a wolf.      A SOLDIER DESTINED TO OBEY.   and those lives she had taken will never stop reminding her of that fact.   her dreams, her memories,  BELONGED TO THEM. 
          ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ BUT SEEING THE CHILD,   sword in hand,  white lenses of his mask glistening like the eyes of a snarling predator gave a different feeling.     a sickness that settled in the pit of her stomach—cold and frozen and never fully melting away.    
          ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ IT WASN’T JUST THE FACT THAT THEY SENT A CHILD,     but because that child ..  mirrored herself.    sent to eliminate whom ever was the target by nothing more than a mere order.  AN ORDER THEY WILL FULFILL TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY.
