In your opinion, with the fate of el and the military getting off scot-free basically, how would teddy feel? Depressed, sorrow, grief, anger, loss of hope/happiness/moving on to the future? Generally, just feel sad, depressed, guilt, and unable/don’t want to move on and accept? Or, after many years of the upside down, loss, the military, growing up, and fighting to hold on to hope as he slowly loses it, become angry, bitter, losing his positivity, caring, and loving side? Wanting the military to pay with jail time, or, as he feel with his anger, hurt, and grief, the desire for revenge and for them to pay with their lives? Wanting them dead? Feeling like they deserve it, to be burn in hell, and as revenge for everything they done? Not caring if he becomes just as bad as them. Just wanting vengeance, and those that hurt him, his family, friends, and his true love dead and buried. As they wanted him and the others dead. Feeling as that’s the only way to get closure and finally getting rid of them from everyone’s life and always watching them everyday for the rest of their lives.

@zmayra2006 || ouch - that’s a good gauge for how it’ll be. I don’t want to spoil what exactly I have in my head, but based on how 5 ends canonically, he will be SEVERELY depressed, worse than it’s even been. It would be bad. He’s too soft to even switch up and want revenge or vengeance, but he does hate the government more than he ever has (more than he did bc he knows what they did to el originally).

guys as much as I loved the stranger things finale (as much as on could), that ending genuinely put me in a writing slump omg… I almost wanna write a version of the new TV SHOW (that iffy looking show) with Teddy and el as a canon couple post-season 2 so I can feel something…

@yourfangirl51255 Also, take your time to write again. Put teddy bear aside for a bit until you’re motivated and ready to write again. Sorry I didn’t say that earlier on when I first responded to this post. And sorry, if my posts and suggestions are putting some stress on you. I don’t mean to be pushy.

@yourfangirl51255 I think I’m sharing the same feeling of being in a slump. After seeing season 5 and the finale, I feel like I’m losing interest in the show as I continue to watch season 3 and it takes me a few weeks to move on to the next episode. Not to mention not really getting into any fanfics of anything stranger things related.

I got some more teddy bear ideas I would like to share: Lumax wedding with teddy as the best man, and a Jeddy wedding with hopper walking el down the aisle, will as the best man, and max as the maid of honor. Continuing with the aus: everyone else has powers but not from the lab like el, with teddy seemingly not having any but shown later on to turn into a big furry beast when angry or when needed (https://m.fanfiction.net/s/12759800/1/Heroes-and-Freaks), el and teddy as ladybug and cat noir in a miraculous au, another au shot of teddy as a civilian but el having a double life as a superhero, and one where the party is a band, with teddy on bass, and they meet el who hides a deep secret (https://archiveofourown.org/works/11049696). One more thing: maybe make a teddy and a jeddy music playlist consisting of songs from their timeline and modern songs? I also sent you a link to a song months ago in the summer about a song I think suits them well.

when school’s kicking my ass and I wanna write so I can get to season 5… but I don’t even know whether I want Teddy to go to the Upside Down with El or stay with his friends… like season 5 was not how I imagined and gotta work it out. I haven’t talked too much about my opinions about season 5 yet but after a couple months at this point, if anyone wants to hear it…

I made a post months ago on ideas for future one-shots for teddy bear, and I got some more ideas. - the party comforting teddy after the snow ball and when Mike and eleven officially get together. - the party’s pov on the love triangle - (depending on what you’ll do in the future based on what happens in the end) an au or something that has teddy and el’s new grown up lives, a wedding, and a son and daughter named after hopper and Thomas, and Joyce and terry. - el’s perspective on Dewey and Dewey’s pov on everything and everyone going around him.

@yourfangirl51255 I was sad for el ending for example i am happy that she was alive like really it means to me that she alive and not dead and Im happy she get to see waterfall but it sad for because she is alone and not with her friends and family like playing d&d living hopper cabin and I wish it something like that in the ending for the series like I thought she would be alive and came down in the basement but I was wrong. I hope in the Teddy book it has good ending soon for season 4 and especially season 5 like El together with Teddy or with her friends playing d&d.
