@rawrXD11112 feeling like that is one of the first symptoms. For example, when I shifted I felt the same thing and another time I couldn't feel my body at all. You can also shift when you're awake but you'll need to be concentrated and be somewhere quiet. What you felt about your body was completely normal and in fact it means that you were pretty close to shift
