ADHD anthem!
          I just can't stop thinking, ooo what was that noise?
          I see a squirrel, my friend just hates me.
          wait they said they will talk later they need some sleep
          but i havent got no sleep in weeks!
          chewing on my pencil making a random noise 
          twitching hands bouncing feet
          WE CAN'T JUST STOP

i just need a place to rant today because i feel bad for sending you so many messages and stuff, anyways i just got off the zoom and during the zoom i was somehow able to temporarily stop my twitching...and noises...but then i left the zoom and now im twitching. i am going to go watch youtube to see if i can distract myself from the dang twitching.

HI everyone I just wanted to connect with you becuase I have Adhd and I want other people who have adhd to be here too cuase I read this book about some one with adhd  and it felt good to know that I am not alone feeling frustration and irritation so please join me I don't know what this is yet just rant ,talk and maybe this can turn into something better

other people point of view "yess it's recess come on max " I said we ran out side "oh look it's the lonely girl "aww are your noses going to keep you company" I sneered "yeah " Max joined in "why do you even do them ?" "she's probably mental inside hahaha like when Mr.Tester said quiet work time all she did was look around and make nosises "it's like the focus part of her brain is broken "hahahahah" I laughed "lets go Hayley we don't have time to waste on a *$%^ like her "Max said and we ran off .
          
          Yourwack's point of veiw I walked away so ashamed and embarrassed it's like the focus part of her brain is broken max echoes in my head yeah if only he knew that he's right. but on the other hand who the heck does he and haley think they are  I run up to them and puch Hayley the surprise knocks  her to the ground  I punch Max blood rushing out of his nose phewwwwwwweeeeet goes a whistle "your wack supers "she says useing my full name "detention for three days my office evrey lunch " she yells I groan feeling regret the bell rings  I am now in my classroom staring at my worksheet focus I say focus  "I'm gonna swiiiinnnng form the chandelier followed by a cat swinging on the light " I almost laugh at that vision "Always do it on my own so I - the song from NEFFEX playes in my head focus I demand to myself "nope my brain says  "shut the *@#$<">#$">@#$</a> up your wack" Adam says what the heck I wasen't even. makeing noises but I was making nosises so I tried to stop "thank you you annoying )(&*^ "" I hate that my classmates bully me and call me names .Ten mintues later Adam looks up at the techear grading our math tests I feel a metal ruler slap my back I turn around to see Adam and pedram giving me dirty looksalerting me that I am doing it  Hayley starts tapping her pencil shut up idiot  I say in my head and get this noone cares that Hayley is ticing me off but they care when I make noises wow how unfair. part of my adhd Is that I get ticked of with ticking swiping or tapping sounds.
