          I once told my friend that I started cutting my self and her excuse for me to stop was that I have Carribean parents and that's when I know I shouldn't have told her cause she doesn't actually care 
          
          I also once told my friends that anxiety kept me up at night and they laughed and when I told them my birthday and the said it wasn't important cause it's close to Christmas
