[ the bard's features tighten into a small, disappointed frown. paying zhongli irregular visits is fun, because they do their little dance around formalities and teasing, and they end up spending time together anyways, reminiscing, before venti up and goes as dawn bleeds over the horizon, heading back to mondstadt each time. the lantern rite can sometimes be seen from a mountain near mondstadt, and therefore the question of whether or not it's still an annual event was purely to keep a conversation flowing. venti visibly brightens up, though, at the mention: ] sealed a deal then, have you? i'd gladly play something for you.

you haven't visited liyue in that long? i can take you! just a bit of mora in exchange will do! the lantern rite? of course! why wouldn't we celebrate an adepti's day? it's already over, but i'm sure it'll be up again next year. dandelion wine.. we don't have any of that in liyue.. i'll stop by dawn winery later then!

liyue — what a beautiful city, it’s been what feels like / eons / since i’d last paid it a visit! ah, is the lantern rite still an annual event? .. ehe, depends on what you’d like me to play .. and on whether i’m in the mood or not. otherwise, i could certainly be convinced with a cup of dandelion wine.
