@ yuseiboushi619 Aaaaaaahhh I see...
It's okay though, you should focus on your studies if you really don't have the time to write, studies are more important!! You can always write on weekends, when you're done studying, bit by bit :)

@yuseiboushi619 But honestly, after hearing about the scene where he comes back to life after his death in the 55-minute novel, (ノ^_^)ノI stopped questioning anything. Asagiri is definitely cooking up something crazy for the future plot. We're not ready! I am nevertheless excited about the character of Chinese writers. ୧(^ 〰 ^)୨

In recent days, as Eid al-Adha approaches...
I've started imagining the duo (Dazai and Riki).
Riki and Ango struggle with Dazai, who is eager to cut meat
(Dazai : nyahahaha !! ),
while Oda stands by quietly watching.
(・–・)
Ango, who was starting to feel a headache, gave up...
While Riki tries to convince Dazai to put down the knife

Yusei-san, I wanted to ask you about your university major and whether it's the reason for the beauty of your writing, or if you rely on specific sources?
mao_shii
@yuseiboushi619 Thank you! I admit that my enthusiasm for sharing and interacting with readers sometimes makes me want to rush things, but when I try to write, I can barely manage a sentence, then I stop...

@mao_shii assistants and editors are really important for writers, since we work so close to the craft, we'd not notice any flaws in it. So fresh eyes and people trained to pick apart stories are necessary for it, if you're really interested in publishing writing as a career... writers still do everything in a story, what editors do is basically red lines places that need work and cut out extra stuff that doesn't really count....? So yeah, it's not really about preference here. editors are what make stories really shine. But they are expensive, so I can't afford one yet or have anything I want published traditionally yet, so I guess I'm not one to talk. As for AI, I'd say be very careful about using it. Controversies shouldn't be a worry for you if you're not generating the whole story with AI, but AI use can dull your creativity. It might make you doubt your style if you take its help often. I would advise against asking AI for ideas. Good ideas don't always come instantly; you've gotta read other books, do various things until one really strikes you, you know? One of the biggest pieces of writing advice I've gotten was to not force yourself to write when you have that idea block, because it can lead to bad ideas. I myself take ChatGPT and Gemini's help for grammar, research, and ask whether my scenes achieve what I wanted to achieve or not—I treat it like a fresh batch of eyes, I guess. But other than these small helps, using AI, I think, is really, really dangerous for creative work like writing.

Most writers have assistants and editors... but I'm the type of person who likes to do everything myself when it comes to writing a story.
Lately, I've been wondering: Is using artificial intelligence really a good idea, especially in our time? I remember the controversy surrounding that studio's use of AI in the opening song and how they eventually had to apologize.
Personally, I think it might be useful for the smallest things, or perhaps for historical information (when I can't find it after a long search). But sometimes I have to ask it about the progress of my story and whether it has any ideas that could help me.(When my mind suddenly stops while I'm writing. ( *ـ_ـ)....)

Hi, author! I was rewatching BSD Wan, and as I'm a big fan of your fic, I started thinking about what Riki would keep in her locker at the agency. (You know when Dazai and Atsushi are doing "cleaning" duties and start snooping through everyone's lockers and always end up finding something strange inside them.) I'd love to hear your opinion! (If it's not too much trouble.)

@yuseiboushi619 There are many comments I didn't understand; I thought you were deleting your replies. So what's not in Riki locker? ಠ_ಠ

Hi Yusei-san, I wanted to ask you if it's alright for me to take some inspo from your story. I'll credit you, of course.
