Be happy, smile more ! You will look better if you do. There is never reason to constantly be sad. Sadness should be just a passing emotion, not something that hinders you the whole way through. "No matter how long the night is, dawn will always arrive." That applies to you, too! There is always happiness in the world, even the small things. Enjoying a day outside under the sun or just staying at home and relaxing. Let go of all the stressful thoughts inside of your head, be free !
