[   he couldn’t help but tease the other, nor could he deny how much he loved doing it. he really did miss it, the comfort they brought each other so long ago.   ]

            Hmm, you have that right * she told him, though the little grin of her own indicated that she didn't mean it. Normally she wouldn't have let her guard down, not around him but even she had to admit things were changing. She hadn't wanted to care, not again but damn, he made it so very difficult to pretend otherwise, especially when he went out of his way to do something like this * I swear you're going to send me grey before I'm even old.
