So I go outside to get my charger out the car and I see this man in his car with the headlights on really bright and he just sitting there so I ignore him and hurry up but as I’m doing this he’s moving his car beside me really slow and then really fast so immediately I know something is wrong so I walk to my house as he trying to talk to me.
