To me, what helps calm me down is pouring my heart out for Palestine. It's realising that being human means to have a heart. It means that I have to fight for what's right.
You don't have to be muslim to support Palestine, you have to be HUMAN.
What helps you calm down?
I'll be posting a new book. This book will be for venting out and you just have to enter your username in the first chapter then I'll dedicate a chapter for you to let out your feelings. I'll give you advice and I'll support you through the tough times.
If you don't want to vent out where others can see, then that's fine too. I'll mention my email for you guys to tell me privately. I'll try putting quizzes and distracting questions to divert your attention away from the issue.
