Realistically though, at five months with her first child and her lifestyle which I’m sure has a lot of working out especially in the tummy area, she wouldn’t really be showing. If you’re in as good of shape as she has to be there are a bunch of muscles in that area that done allow the baby belly to stretch the skin as much. That’s why people usually start showing quicker with their second or third child, because this muscles are already stretched and relaxed.
