I recently realized that most people choose to live in a beautiful illusion and a lie rather than finding the truth.  They do not like the blur to be removed, lest  their fragile, bloated convictions will fall off their eyes.  And when you try to awaken them from their consolation and open their eyes to reality they erupt on you like a volcano not because you told them what they do not know to say that the news landed on them like a thunderbolt, but because you told them what they know and ignore, they keep it in the subconscious container in their minds and abort memory attempts to call that gloomy nightmare   which would dispel their pink dreams
