@AhsokaJackson also rereading I was pointing out that South Africa has this yellow bone (light skinned Africans) and chocolate (dark skinned Africans) I just feel that we've had racial problems.  do we really really need this too?

@AhsokaJackson I don't wear make up at all, in fact I use vaseline on my skin because it's so dry. so that balances out. I'm not saying it's a necessity but I am pointing out that I feel very different from the other girls in the family

Heh, it's not like makeup is a necessity, even though people seem to expect women to wear it. The closest thing I wear to makeup is the Vaseline I use to keep my lips from drying out. (It gives a glossy effect, as well, so I suppose it's kind of like lip gloss.)
          
          Also, from what I've seen, the darker your skin is, the worse makeup (especially bright colors) looks on you, because it just clashes with your natural beauty and color! ^_^
