قَنْدُوسَة

O God, by the blessed ones, my guides from the Banu Hashim, by the Seal of the Prophets, my brother of revelation, Abu al-Qasim, by him who fasted, by him who prayed, by him who believed in the Seal, by him who preferred the loaf for three days and fasted, by him for whom the sun was returned in Babylon, and the assembly knew, by the right of the radiant daughter, the Lady of Women, Fatima, and by the poisoned one and the one killed unjustly, so curse the oppressor, and by al-Sajjad and al-Baqir By the truthful one, by the oppressor, by the one buried in Tus, Ali, and his son, the one who knows the truth about the two soldiers, and the awaited one who will rise, save us from the flames of the fires, O Merciful One, O Compassionate One. 

سِيُدِي أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ،أَتَرَى ضِيقَ صَدْرِي؟، 
            أَتَرَى مُحَاوَلَاتِي فِي تَصْلِيحِ ذَاتِي؟،كُلَّمَا أَقْدَمْتُ عَلَى شَيْءٍ مِنْ أَجْلِ ذَاتِي،شَعَرْتُ بِالْفَشَلِ،وَتَضِيقُ بِي هَذِهِ الدُّنْيَا،الَّتِي لَا خَيْرَ يَأْتِي مِنْهَا،فَهَلْ تُمْسِكُ بِيَدِي؟هَلْ لِي بِمَسْحَةٍ مِنْ كَفَّيْكَ عَلَى قَلْبِي؟،فَقَدْ ضَاقَتْ رُوحِي ضَاقًا كَثِيرًا يَا إِمَامِي. 

مَوْلَايَ حُسَيْنُ، أَشْعُرُ بِالْوَحْدَةِ وَعَدَمِ الْأَمَانِ،أَشْعُرُ بِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ لِي أَحَدٌ سِوَاكَ،قَدْ جَفَّتْ دُمُوعِي مِنَ الْبُكَاءِ،
            لَعَلِّي أُرْزَقُ بِزِيَارَتِكَ،يَكَادُ يَقْتُلُنِي الْحَنِينُ،إِلَى قُبَّتِكَ الْمُنِيرَةِ،وَإِلَى رَائِحَةِ ذَاكَ الْمَكَانِ. 

سَيِّدِي، يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ،خُذْنِي إِلَيْكَ يَا حَبِيبَ الْقُلُوبِ،
            أَحْتَاجُ إِلَى أَنْ أَجْلِسَ بِضَرِيحِكَ،بِثِقَلِ هُمُومِي، 
            أَعْلَمُ بِأَنَّكَ تَسْمَعُ أَنِينَ قَلْبِي،وَأَنَا أَعْلَمُ بِأَنَّكَ لَا تَرُدُّ مُحْتَاجًا،فَقَدْ ذَابَ قَلْبِي لِلِقَائِكَ.
