Storytime P.O.V (aka author me😏) its Christmas morning!

The sun's rays beamed through the window.

I rolled of the bed and landed with a thud. Getting up, I walked or maybe half-dragged myself to the kitchen and made me some coffee. Whilst that was cooling down a little, I hauled me into the bathroom and turned the cold tap on. After splashing handfuls of water, I felt refreshed but grabbed my coffee and went to the living room.

I snatched the remote of the sofa and walked to my corner. My corner was special because it had everything I needed:

-A charger for my iPhone
-A folded blanket
-The sofa retracts into a bed
-A lamp in case I want to write (on the shelf)
-A few books (on the shelf)

Yeah, as you can see, I have the coolest spot in the house. Then, I noticed something out the corner of my eye, a box wrapped up and a sticky note on it.

What is that?

Suddenly refreshed, I walked curiously towards it- keeping my distance in case it was one of my brother's famous, old pranks. When I got there, it looked the size of my iPhone. I read the note:

Remember the Christmas spirit...

A few sprinkles were around the words.

Wait!

The Christmas spirit, that means that today's Christmas. Oh, how did I not know- I don't know? But the Christmas spirit, isn't that something along the lines of:

Friends and family together.

Or

Giving not getting.

I didn't know but what I did know was that there was something in the box, waiting for me to unwrap it. I lifted the lid and there it was, my- two days- missing iPhone. Turning it on, the background was Wattpad. I went into the app and the note's words went into my head...

Remember the Christmas spirit...

Ding! A light bulb lit up my dull brain. Ushering all the paper of my seat on the sofa, I sat down and wrote away...

Third P.O.V

And so...for the rest of the day -well most of it- Storytime wrote a Chapter for her book as a gift to all her special readers.

The other half? Well, she spent that part drawing and watching a Christmas movie with her family.

As they watched the movie, happy laughs filled the house. And if you ever walked into the room, you'd found yourself sitting next to the fire, hot chocolate in hand, blanket wrapped around you and a huge smile on your face!

Cause that was what Storytime and her family did!😁
