CHAPTER - 50

"Hyung, at least tell us something," Jimin whined as he packed his bags.

"I can't tell you a lot, I want you to go to the battlegrounds and join the war." Suga said, "Also, give this to the quartet." He gave Jimin a piece of paper.

"Okay..." Jimin said, "But where are you going all of a sudden?"

"Somewhere" Suga's face became serious, "Somewhere important."

Rosé came from behind and said, "Suga Oppa is not a kid Jimin. He knows what he is doing. All we need to do is what we HAVE to do and i.e., try to save the world."

Jimin exhaled a long breath, "Alright then."

"Just take care of yourself Suga" J-hope nodded at the mint-haired guy. "Okay guys, let's get going."

Jimin, Rosé, and J-hope teleported to the battlefield, they were literally thrown a mile away from the field. "Thank god trainer GD disabled the shield or else we couldn't have used magic at all" J-hope said.

"Hobi Oppa, look over there" Rosé pointed at the distant ground. Dead people were lying at one side while the war was still on the other. It was a bloodbath. Even the soil was the color of blood by now, bodies from both sides were clashing with each other, trying to win the battle. The fact that it was intense would be the biggest understatement.

"Guys, let's go. I am pretty sure they could use some help" Jimin said.

The Quartet was already there, at the warzone, staring at the bloodbath that had been happening all along.

All of them walked towards the place where they saw Rosé hugging Jisoo.

"G-guys what happened.." Jennie asked them.

Jisoo was crying. She immediately hugged Jungkook, when she saw him.

"Jungkook" She sobbed, clutching his shirt. "T-They got d-d-dad." She said breaking down once again. Jungkook was shocked, so were the other three.

"Who killed him," Jungkook asked, but there was a kind of quietness in his voice.

"J-" Lisa tried to console him, but he cut her.

"I asked you something Rosé." He asked again, "Who. Killed, Him."

"H-He attacked Lucifer with the fireball attack, but the attack rebounded and he burnt himself." Rosé said, trying to stop her tears.

Lisa, Tae, and Jen gasped, their eyes wide.

"I am going to kill that asshole!!" Jungkook growled.

"No no no JUNGKOOK. DON"T" Jimin tried to stop him but Jungook was just too muscular for him to hold back.

"Jungko-" Lisa took a step towards where he was running off to but Rosé stopped Lisa. "Lisa, wait" She took out the piece of paper given by Suga, "Yoongi oppa asked us to give it to you."

Lisa nodded and ran off to Jungkook. Taehyung and Jennie followed her too.

The forest was engulfed with gloomy darkness and odor of blood as Suga stepped into the depths of it.

"It seems like some kind of bloodbath happened here." as soon as those words came out of his mouth, he saw a dead body hanging on a tree in front of him. He gasped and ran towards it. He then saw more bodies lying lifeless in front of him.

"Kwon Jiyong!" He screamed.

He ran deeper into the forest.

He then saw something, Kwon Jiyong lying on the ground, in pain.

"Kwon! What happened?" He said out loud.

"S-Suga." Kwon whispered in pain.

"What happened?" Yoongi said, now on the verge of crying.

"Lucifer sent a few of his minions. My most powers were already used to degenerate the shield. I used the left to defeat them, my body couldn't take it anymore." He said, his voice sounding more and more lifeless as each moment passed.

"NO NO NO!" Suga broke down.

"Now-Now li-listen Suga" GD said, "I need you to carry on my legacy. Take it." He took of his locket and give it to Suga, "And you have to carry on the mission alone."

"I am sorry  couldn't reach here on time" Suga said, still bawling his eyes out.

"Don't blame yourself" GD said, a warm smile on his face, "I have lived a long long life. I am satisfied. Just promise me that you will bury me in the planet of utopia, beside my family." He said his last words and went into an eternal sleep as Suga mourned the death of the person who taught him everything he knew today.

But then he remembered his promise to GD, "I will complete the mission, help the Quatret defeat Lucifer and bury you where you wanted, I promise"

He stood up did a non-decomposition charm and walked away.

Jungkook ran towards the castle where Lucifer was supposed to reside in. Suddenly he started running with a speed, he never knew humans or magicians could run with. He stopped, "Superspeed?" he cracked his knuckles, "Let's go kill that disgrace to the magic of a fuckin devil." and as he went.

Chasing after him were Lisa, Jennie, and Taehyung. "We have superspeed as one of the powers, god knows where he could have gone." Jennie said as she gasped for air.

"Guys, the castle!" Tae said.

"Yes!" Lisa said, "We need to stop him at all costs. We need to wait for Suga Oppa. He is coming."
