You are 36 weeks pregnant in your third trimester with two beautiful twins boy and girl you and Todoroki are so happy to meet your beautiful babies. You an Todo are sleeping you wake up with excruciating pain so you get up you grabbed you phone and walked into the bathroom putting some cold water on your face.

Y/n: You two are fussy today, huh ?

As you rubbed your pregnant belly in a circular motion. You put the bathroom heading back into the bed when a pool of fluid start going down your leg you were frozen.

Y/n: Shoto Todoroki

He rolled over looking at you.

Todoroki: You okay babe ?

He gets up from bed and walks over to you as he steps in the liquid.

Todoroki: What the h- wait your water broke ?
Y/n: I think so
Todoroki: WE NEED TO GO !
Y/n: I can't move I'm literally on so much pain !
Todoroki: Okay give me a second babe. Can you sit ?
Y/n: I think so.

Todoroki helps you back to bed he grabs your shoes and put them on for you and your coat and helps you get into that.

Todoroki: I'll come back for you baby okay I'm going to put the stuff in the car.
Y/n: Okay please hurry though.

He leaves with bags in his going out to car while you sitting on the bed taking breaths in and out.

Shoto comes back into the room.

Todoroki: I have the car pack come on baby.
Y/n: You called the doctor ?
Todoroki: He said even though your 36 weeks it's a possibility that twins are coming today.

Shoto helps you up he puts one of your arms around his neck and his arm around your body for support. He helps you in the car and strap your seat belt on for you. He then gets in the driving seat heading to hospital.

Todoroki: How bad is the pain 1-10 ?
Y/n: DAMN 10 it's like there beating the shit out of me.
Todoroki: Just keep breathing were almost there.
Y/n: I HAVE BEEN BREATHING YOU DAMN PEPPERMINT BASTARD !
Todoroki: Horomones is kicking in ?

At the hospital

Todoroki: Stay here !
Y/n: WHERE THE HELL CAN I GO SHOTO JUST GETT SOMEONE IT FEELS LIKE MY VAGINA IS RIPPING!

Shoto runs into the hospital as he tells the nurses that your in labor and you barely can't move they a wheelchair and rush out to you putting you in the wheelchair and they rush you into the labor room.

Nurse: Are you the father ?
Todoroki: Yea
Nurse: Your wife is going into labor sir put this on and let's get you to the delivery room

The nurse walks you to delivery he walks and goes over to your side holding your hand.

Doctor: I see a head the baby is crowning keep pushing y/n.
